How We Work: Virtual-First, Client-Focused
We understand that as a business owner, your time is your most valuable asset. That’s why Galvis & Company® operates as a virtual-first law firm.
- Video Consultations: Meet with your attorney from the comfort of your home or office.
- Secure Client Portal: Access your documents, track your trademark status, and make payments 24/7 via MyCase.
- Digital Signatures: No need for printers or scanners; we handle all filings and contracts electronically.
- In-Person by Appointment: While we work virtually, we maintain physical offices in New London, CT and Brooklyn, NY for in-person meetings by appointment.
How can we help you with your business?
Before we can agree to represent you, we must first check if there are any conflicts of interest. If there are no conflicts, we will contact you to schedule an initial consultation, discuss what your legal needs are, and provide an estimate. Our initial consultations are $100 and run about 30 minutes to an hour. All payments will be credited to your account. We will then send you an engagement letter and instructions on how to make your payment. A copy of the signed engagement letter and your payment must be received before any legal work can begin. Following these key steps are critical to our forming an attorney-client relationship. Until you have completed these steps and have officially become our client, please do not send any private, sensitive, or confidential information.
